Monsieur Muffler Guarantees
Monsieur Muffler and their authorized agents guarantee the repairs or installation done in their garages. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. It is not transferable.

Conditions:
- All materials (new parts) used by Monsieur Muffler during repair or installation must be provided by approved suppliers.

- The guarantee will be respected by Monsieur Muffler within the specified term, as long as the vehicle described on the invoice is the property the person described thereon.

- The invoice and the damaged parts must be presented as proof of purchase and to confirm the customer's right to the guarantee.

- This guarantee does not apply to commercial vehicles such as taxis, delivery vehicles, ambulances, police cars or any vehicle more than 3/4 of a ton.

- Monsieur Muffler is not responsible for damages or operating defects due to:

1. Improper use, negligence, transformation, accident or fire.

2. An inadequate or incomplete repair done by the consumer or a third party.

3. A modification carried out by the consumer or a third party.

4. Use of the vehicle in a competition or off road.

5. An operating defect caused by backfire.

Brake Guarantee:
Bronze: Guaranteed 90 days or 5,000 km against manufacturers defect.

Silver: Guaranteed 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first. In order to be valid*, the work suggested by the Monsieur Muffler technician must have been carried out as prescribed. Disks and/or drums must have been turned and/or replaced This guarantee covers the replacement of brake pads or shoes only*.

Gold: Guaranteed for 36 months, unlimited kilometres**. In order for this guarantee to be valid, the vehicle must have been inspected every 12,000 kilometres. Also, all components of the brake system, (calipers, disks and/or drums, cylinders, spring assemblies or aligning kits,**) must be replaced with first quality products when rebuilding the complete brake system. This guarantee covers the replacement of brake pads and / or shoes only*. It does not cover other parts which may have been a part of the original repair**.

* The guarantee does not cover labour costs. Labour shall be billed at the hourly rate posted in the garage at the time of repair.
** For the first 12,000 km, all components are guaranteed, parts and labour.

Monsieur Muffler offers no guarantee when the customer demands an incomplete repair or a repair other than recommended by Monsieur Muffler.
